Just fill out the Custom Order Inquiry form! All bookings are dependent on availability and filling out the form does not guarantee your order. Please allow 72 hours for a response. Response time varies and may be longer during peak holidays. Once we have the details and pricing nailed down, you’ll get an email invoice.

The minimum order for Large (about 4") hand-piped cookies is one dozen (12 cookies). For Mini (about 2”) hand-piped cookies, the minimum is 1.5 dozen (18 cookies). Once you hit the minimum amount, you can add any number of cookies to your order. (It does not have to be in increments of 12 cookies.)

Under Minnesota Cottage Law, cookies are for local pick-up only. Little Blue Baking Co. is based in St Louis Park, MN. The address will be included on your invoice. Orders not picked up within the given window may sit out for an extended period of time. Please notify if alternate pickup needs to be arranged. No refunds for no shows, but an alternate pickup date can be arranged if communicated.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in-full unless otherwise noted. Payment is taken through Square Invoices unless otherwise discussed. Details are provided in the quote.

As soon as something changes, please send me an email. I'll try my hardest to make a new date work. But, if you are unable to keep a scheduled order, please give 30-day advance notice to ensure that you will be refunded for the order. Canceling prior to two (2) weeks before the pick-up date will incur a 20% cancellation fee. (80% of your payment will be refunded.) No refunds will be given to orders canceled within two (2) weeks of the pick-up date. (At this point supplies, plans, time, etc. has been spent on your order).

As soon as something changes, please send me an email. Changes to order may be accommodated up to two weeks prior to pick up. Occasionally, my schedule may not allow for changes to quantity. If changes result in a difference in price, an additional invoice will be sent.

Color match is not guaranteed due to factors outside of my control. Color palettes will be matched as closely as possible but different lighting may affect the appearance.

Custom cookies will be individually heat sealed and packaged in a bakery box with a bow. Additional fees may be incurred for additional packaging requests.

Heat sealed cookies remain fresh for 2 to 3 weeks at room temperature, but please don’t put your decorated cookies in the fridge!
Cookies may be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Cookies must be thawed in the airtight container for 4 hours or until they reach room temperature. DO NOT OPEN container early as condensation may affect royal icing design. (Cookies will still be delicious!)

Little Blue Baking Co. handles your cookies with care from oven to pick-up, but is not responsible for damage once they’re in your possession. Do not place cookies in the fridge or in direct sunlight for an extended time or condensation may occur. Do not leave in a hot car or condensation may occur. Place your goodies in your trunk or floorboard and drive like you're transporting your grandma's green bean casserole.

Due to Minnesota Cottage Food Laws, I am unable to ship. Local delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

Bookings made within 2 weeks of the due date might incur a rush fee.

All cookies are made in a home-based domestic kitchen that is not inspected by the state health department. The cookies and icing do not contain nuts, but are made in a domestic kitchen, therefore I cannot guarantee the safety of those with severe allergies. I do my best to avoid cross contamination, but cannot guarantee they are safe for those with a severe allergies.
Allergens: contains wheat, milk, & eggs.
