Hi! I’m Ashley, the baker behind Little Blue Baking Co. and I’m obsessed with all things cookie. I’ve been baking up sweet treats with my Mom since I was a kid, but about ten years ago, I saw my first sugar cookie decorating video and quickly fell in love. 

I live in St. Louis Park, MN, a suburb of the Twin Cities.

1. I’m a graphic designer by day and cookie baker by night.
2. I started my business in Nashville, TN in 2020.
3. I’ve lived in five states: NJ, VA, CO, TN, and MN.
4. I’m an INFJ and Enneagram 6.
5. I love watching hockey, Food Network, and really bad reality tv.
